The Family Dinner:
Your Pantry to the Rescue

A well-stocked pantry can turn a "what am I going to cook?" night into a smashing
success. Pasta, grains, canned vegetables, and stocks -- even dried fruit -- can quickly
transform everything from a pork chop to a chicken breast into a feast fit for a royal family.

This week's recipe is a perfect example. Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce,
garlic, ginger, and chili flakes to create a fantastic marinade for salmon. Place it
on a bed of soybean succotash, and you've got yourself a fantastic dinner!
